Philosophy uses a notion of “axiological orientations”, “value paradigms” or “system of values”. The notion deals with the system of material and spiritual welfare, which both an individual and a society consider as a dominating and governing force, which determines thoughts, behavior and interrelations of people. The system is expressed as well in the practical usage of the value system by people. To determine the actual core of the value system in a man, to reveal his authentic spiritual core means to learn about a man something essential and after that a lot of things among his thoughts, behavior and deeds become clear. At this, the system of values shapes up in the very early childhood of a man under the influence not just of his family, but firstly, the society where he lives, and already then they notice themselves in the individual’s behavior.


Starting from the period of the generation of capitalism, the ideas of rationalism began to sound more and more often. Their essence was exactly expressed by John Dewy (1859 – 1952) – the American philosopher, one of the most prominent figures of pragmatism: “ Those ideas, concepts and theories are really true which are profit-effective, working successfully in vitally important circumstances and leading to the achievement of pragmatic targets”. Pragmatist is not likely to speculate on comprehensibility or non-comprehensibility of the inner sense of existence. He prefers to think over things that lead to success in life. Consequently, the task of a man is to adopt himself in the best possible way in life and in the world, and the task of philosophy is to help a man in his task. For several last decades the ideas of pragmatism have been further and further occupying human mind. In the society notions “welfare” and “happiness” are actually equal to those of “Power” and “money”.

Many outstanding philosophers saw the wrongness of such way. At the dawn of the 20th century Max Sheller announced the idea that the establishing dominating economic forms of control in modern society leads to the dominance of scientific and technological forms of knowledge, which are alien to realizing hierarchically higher values. In fact, if to look more carefully, the cult of profit hamper the people who are guided by the value system proposed by the American way of life, make-up normally their own lives: being guided by purely economic motives, many people are ready to sacrifice even parents and family for the sake of a little dubious profit. As a result, there appears a paradox: rationalistic and human thought which put a man on the top of all outdoor doesn’t leave any place for the moral development of an ordinary person!

Well, the best characteristic to the preset-day situation was given by Arthur Schopenhauer (1788 – 1860). Just think, how exactly his words characterize the modern world of prosperity of oligarchs and terrorism! He said that the zenith of capitalism would be the epoch of individualism, selfish psychology of which is a wish of anyone and everyone to govern everything and to abolish everything that is contrary to him; everyone considers himself the centre of the world4 and his own existence and welfare prefers to anything else; he’s ready to abolish the world just to support his own self ego as long as possible.

Nowadays with the arrival of new intellectual technologies the process of information exchange has increased greatly, and by all means it’s wonderful! However, the high speed of information exchange let substantially increase the processes of movement and distribution of financial flows. Due to this, the world has been so often shaken by local and global economical and political crises.
It you think carefully, it becomes obvious that any finance crisis and even any war is the consequence of redistribution of massive money flows and/or the spheres of influence among a small number of people, who have serious political and finance influence.

The history of mankind itself has reached a time-break. It’s impossible to live on any longer following the scheme. If during rather a short period of time (about 20 to 30 years) the mankind doesn’t invent and introduce other type of philosophy of existence, every 10 -12 years we’d be shaken by new financial and political crises, similar to that as it goes in Russia. Moreover, at present thanks to its elite the mankind lives according to the principle: “There’s plenty of everything for me and for my children, and after us – the deluge”. If the mankind doesn’t review this disastrous principle of its own existence on the Earth, it could happen that not only animals but people as well would be registered in the Red List, as the mankind itself would star to die due to ecological situation and the lack of natural resources.

So, what would we like to gain of this project?

We’d like to describe such society where everyone would be proud to live in, where the value system would be aimed not just on material welfare, but on the spiritual development every single person and the mankind on the whole.
We declare the main priorities of our project as follows:
• life, security and health of every single person;
• children;
• public, spiritual, moral and cultural development of every single person;
• stability in the mankind progress without wars and financial crises, proceeding from carefully thought over economical and political platforms;
• the unity of a man with the universe, refusal from philosophy of permissiveness as to the natural order of things and Laws of Nature.

When You, our Dear visitor of the site, would get down to the New Philosophy principles, many statements could seem to you not just new, but simply shocking. A wish to criticize can appear from the very first article, reading that not everyone has to be granted citizenship! But let’s remember Socrates who lived almost 2500 years ago. His point of view is: the worst thing is the majority!” It’s far from everybody who elects the governors to make out anything in political and government problems and who can evaluate the degree of professionalism of those elected, their moral appearance and intellectual potential. Socrates supported professionalism of those elected for the cause of governing, and solving the question who can elect and who can be elected to the government posts.
And if the high moral and cultural levels of legal consciousness are necessary to an ordinary citizen, still higher level makes up the essence and core of state power, as the state power is the force is authorized by the nation to govern the others which means to exert instructional influence on them.

Getting to know the New Philosophy, they used to say that people are not yet ready to such presentation, that many notions and processes are given in such a new way that the society wouldn’t accept them. There is evident misunderstanding as to school education, for example, why girls and boys should study separately, in different schools; surprise or even laughter, e.g., when studying a section “ Demography Policies”: for childbirth a state should issue a license or it’s necessary to take a license from the state. However, everything has exact and logical background.

We’ll try to investigate all spheres of human life and activity and at most exactly and clearly formulate the principles according to which the social society is to be constructed, so that every single man could be able not just self-actualize, but be socially protected. At this principles are far from being laws in every case. Laws can be changed depending on the situation, could become milder or stricter or abolished, but principles should stay unchanged.
For example, concerning the topic of state structure, one can discuss the number and construction of law-making body, as well as criteria to elect leaders of executive power. However, the principle should stay: the social experience has demonstrated that the firmest basis of a state lays on democracy, where there are 3 power branches: executive, law-making and judicial. And this principle is immutable!

We’d like to describe a society which lacks the necessity of military conflicts. We’d like to describe a society where power is responsible for its slogans and deeds, in the essence, belonging to people and helping to develop them. We’d like to describe a society which equally in good will and equally fastidious treats all its members starting from an ordinary dweller up to the head of the state.

There’s known a brilliant sentence by Immanuel Kant: “All plans of the theory of state citizenship, international law and the right for global citizenship turn into senseless, unattained ideals. On the contrary, only practice, proceeding from empiric principles of human nature, which doesn’t think too humiliating to extract the essence of its theses from everything that takes place in the worlds, could have laid a solid base for the state policy building”.
Just of this while creating this project we’d use at most all sources of information: philosophy starting from antiquity; principles of state structuring and the results of various existing states in different time spans. And the main thing: we address to everyone who’s got enough education, knowledge and experience, join our project, speak out the ideas on our site which, you think, could help to create rational, generous and just society. Not a single - the most intelligent and erudite philosopher could have tackled alone this task, but together we’ll manage it.
