Why do we call our project not “Program” or “Ideology”, but purposefully – “Philosophy”? Exaggerating, one can say that ideology is being specially invented so that those who had invented it lived happily, and “philosophy” is aimed to the benefits of good life of the majority of people. The core of the project is composed of our thoughts and ideas of a fair/just state, and proceeding from them, the wish to create the best social structure. According to Henry de R. Saint-Simon, “the best social structure – is that which makes lives of people, who are the majority of the society, happier, providing for them a great many means and possibilities to satisfy their vital necessities. It’s such a social structure where the most dignified people, whose inner value is the highest, have at their disposal maximum of possibilities to reach the highest position despite the incidence of birth. It’s such a social structure that as a result, the work supervised by them, brings the most important discoveries and the highest progress of civilization and sciences”.

Whether we like it or not, still in course of evolution process the mankind agrees on many questions of its existence and behavior. To protect a man from another man, there were introduced law enforcement bodies and courts of justice’ to protect animals from men there were enforced law on nature conservation, organize National Parks, start Red and Black Lists. These or those rules penetrate almost all spheres of life activity. You can’t go abroad without visa and passport; you can’t buy or sell real estate without dealing with many officials; you can’t drive a car without driving license and vehicle inspection and simple to throw waste out of the window – you can’t as the rules advise you to reach waste bin. Just to exist a man has to establish rules for his own sake and limit his activity.
Before this project has got to the Internet, its main ideas have been announced by various people, different not only in age, but in religion, education and occupations. Many of those who have read the New Philosophy principles told the ideas are a utopia: to bring them to life so that people started to live according to the Laws, a worldwide cataclysm should take place. It’s impossible to reshape the world, and it’s especially disadvantageous for those who are in power and govern the society at present. Everyone agrees that the greatest part of New Philosophy ideas are righteous, but at that, the most common pretext or make-belief reply not to take part in the project sounds like this: “The society is not yet ready to take up these ideas”. One couldn’t but agree to this as our ideas are new, acute and often divert from the norms of the existing world. However, the evolutionary process is underway, and if in the course of industrial development the mankind would like to preserve wild life on our planet, there is no other choice except for forcing itself into reservations albeit large ones, and the rest of the planet’s territory to leave for animals, because in the process of mixing the areas of human habitat by right of the strongest, a man would abolish his neighbours on the planet. If the mankind would like to live in a dignified, highly educated and cultural society, it would still have to find the way to put at the top of the state the most dignified, the most decent, the most intelligent politicians.

Moreover in the present day agnostic world the introduction into life several ideas of New Philosophy could bring even larger deformation. Let’s treat the problem of sexual minorities. As long as mankind exists, as long there would exist people who are drawn by the same sex, not the opposite one, besides, a part of them doesn’t acquire these inclinations, but is just inborn. No one is able to change this. We propose to choose a place on our planet where such people could co-exist, organize their parades and holidays, live normal life without fear of anyone. Sooner or later, it’s going to happen, and it’s obvious, if to introduce the idea. Still, a good idea is most probably to be misrepresented in the essence and put to serve the power. When such a city appeared, the power will get a nice “baton” for such persona non grata for the state: they could be always announces to be representatives of sex minorities and permanently registered in special city – a reservation for lesbians and gays, more like a special area rather than a city. A propos, it’s because of this reason we don’t participate in any way in any of the governmental programs, as there were not a single case that our ideas were correctly interpreted and introduced.

We are not likely to affirm or denounce the prediction of the Doomsday, apocalypse or the forecasts of 2012. We are inclined to go along more simple and clear way. To live in a fair highly moral society a dignified state should be built. This state should possess laws worthy for the mankind and the estimable management system, as well. And for the cause of such laws appeared and the mankind strived for their implementing into everyday life, these laws should be formulated exactly.
It’s impossible to fight separately against corruption in the higher echelons of power, and separately –against the dominance of rudeness, flatness and impudence on TV, and separately – against hideousness of sculls and monsters in children’s toy-shops. So that everything came to the norm, it’s urgent to arrange matters simultaneously in every aspect of human life activity. If there’s a goal – there’s a movement towards it. New Philosophy is a task to create a dignified civil society.

The given project is proposed for intelligent and educated people. Rather often meeting a certain professional problem we exclaimed: “What a rubbish this rule is! It should be absolutely different!” Having a good experience in politics we openly declare that to grant the right to vote, i.e. the main right to govern the state, to all the people of a certain age (like in Russia of 18 years old), and there are alcoholics, drug addicts among them, - is on the verge of idiocy. But we are not inclined to exert only criticism of the existing state of things – we are looking for and proposing a way out for a definite situation.

We are sure that actually everyone who’ll read pages of our site and maybe take part in elaborating New Philosophy would find a lot of disputable from his/her point of view questions which he/she wouldn’t agree on. The main thing is that you agree on the general conception: so that we and our children lived in a dignified society, it’s necessary to put forward high purposes and attain them.
